What is ‘My Account’? How do I update my information?

‘My Account’ helps you process your orders and transactions. It also helps you:

  1. Manage/edit your personal data
  2. Change your password

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once the payment for your order has been authorized and received, you will be sent an email with the details of your order. This will also include a unique Order ID number.

How do I pay for my purchase?

There are multiple payment methods designed for your convenience. You can use Electronic Cards and Cash on Delivery. We also accept Visa Card, MasterCard and debit cards.

What is Cash on Delivery (C-o-D)?

With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

How do I pay using a credit card / debit card?

  1. Credit cards

We accept payments made using Visa and MasterCard credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the Payment Gateway’s secure page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

  1. Debit cards

We accept payments made using Visa Card, MasterCard and debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your Payment Gateway’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

How safe is it to use my credit card / debit card on varibuy.com?

VariBuy uses the 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.

All credit card and debit card payments on varibuy.com are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.

Can I send my order to a different address?

Yes, we are happy to delivery your order to an address that is different to your normal billing address. To do this, simply enter the desired delivery address during checkout process. As such, kindly ensure that you have checked that all details are accurate prior to submitting your order for processing.

Can I change my address after successfully placing an order?

Yes, you can immediately call our sales team on our Customer Service Line if there is the need to make changes to the delivery address.

Can I change/cancel my order after I have placed it?

Yes, you can immediately call our sales team on our Customer Service Line if there is the need to change or cancel an order before it is readied for delivery.

Do you offer self-collection services?

Yes, you can opt to collect your product at least 24 hours after successfully placing the order. Please call our sales team on our Customer Service Line immediately after the order is placed, if you resolve to personally collect your product.

How quickly will my delivery arrive?

Delivery will reach your doorstep within 1-2 working days after the order is successfully placed.

Are there any domestic areas that VariBuy does not deliver to?

We aim to deliver to as many places as possible as we understand that adds to the ease and convenience of shopping at varibuy.com! However, currently we only offer home and office deliveries within Accra and Tema. However, in other circumstances, we might be able to accommodate your request. Kindly email to [email protected] or direct contact our Customer Service Team if you are interested in deliveries to other areas within Ghana not currently under coverage.

Do you offer free delivery?

Currently, there are free deliveries for most orders within Accra and Tema.

What if I am not at home when my item arrives?

VariBuy Couriers will contact you to ensure the time is aligned with you before delivery. If not, you will receive either a notice slip indicating that you can call or email for re-delivery arrangements. The best way to ensure a successful delivery is to provide us with the address that you will be at during our delivery time from Monday to Saturday (9 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.).                                                                    

When happens if my item is damaged when it arrives?

It should not be accepted. Kindly return it to our Courier if your parcel clearly shows signs of damage at the time of delivery. Your return request will be processed within 24 hours and deliver to you within 1-2 working days once request is approved.

Does VariBuy receives returns?

Yes, we accept returns. Kindly refer to our Return and Exchanges Policy here.

An item has to be returned. How will it be picked up?

  1. Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.
  2. Wherever possible VariBuy will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case the pick-up cannot be arranged through VariBuy, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by the Seller.

When are returns not possible?

  • If the return request is made outside the specified time frame of three (3) days.
  • The product is not in the same condition as you had received it
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • If anything is missing from the package you had received. For example, price tags, labels, original packing and accessories.

What are the products that cannot be replaced or exchanged?

Products that are not replaceable or exchangeable (unless they have manufacturing defects) are:

  • Products such as desktops, laptops, peripherals, gaming hardware, handy-cams, digital cameras, mobile phones, fixed phones mp3 players, and accessories.
  • Any products sold under Special offers or Promotional Schemes.
  • Personal care products will not be replaced for hygiene reasons.
  • Free gifts will not be replaced and/or covered under any kind of warranty.
  • Groceries
  • Stationeries

How long does refund processes usually take?

If a product is faulty or has a manufacturing defect when delivered, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within three (3) days with proof of purchase.
